Woodberry Chillcott's profiling division uses CNC flame cutting and high definition twin head plasma to provide a fast, efficient and competitive service. The recent completion of our investment programme in the latest six head gas cutting machine has increased our capacity by 30% with the facility to cut plates up to 12m x 4m, with a thickness up to 400mm. Our in house team are able to produce elaborate and intricate shapes with our CAD/CAM design facility that is fully equipped to deal with both standard and electronic drawings. We can accept electronic drawings in both dxf and dwg formats.

In addition to the above processes we also offer waterjet cutting, drilling, folding and processing material with two 60" Lumsden Grinders.

We hold extensive plate stocks at our new warehouse in Avonmouth in all of the popular grades including :-
